Examining Generation Z’s Attitudes, Behavior and Awareness Regarding Eco-Products: A Bayesian Approach to Confirmatory Factor Analysis

چکیده
The research examines Generation Z’s (Gen Z’s) attitudes, behavior and awareness regarding sustainability-oriented products in two European countries, located the region of Western Balkans, Bosnia–Herzegovina Serbia. deploys generational cohort theory (GCT) a quantitative analysis primary data collected through an online questionnaire among 1338 primary, high school university students, all belonging to Z. It Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) by running both Maximum Likelihood (ML) Markov Chain Monte Carlo (MCMC) procedures, latter being suitable for binary variables, which have been deployed study. results MLCFA provide evidence that there is statistically significant relatively strong relation between sustainability circular economy attitudes (SCEA) (SCEB), while insignificant weak (SCEB) (CEW). BCFA, based on MCMC procedure, are similar rather commonly used procedure. also confirm Gen Z knows more about companies recycle than it does CE as concept, vast majority concerned future planet motivated learn various awareness-raising measures.

متن کاملConfirmatory Factor Analysis of WAIS-IV in a Clinical Sample: Examining a Bi-Factor Model
There have been a number of studies that have examined the factor structure of the Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale IV (WAIS-IV) using the standardization sample. In this study, we investigate its factor structure on a clinical neuropsychology sample of mixed aetiology. Correlated factor, higher-order and bi-factor models are all tested. Overall, the results suggest that the WAIS-IV will be su...
متن کاملDetection of Unknown Confounders by Bayesian Confirmatory Factor Analysis
Artificial data with known covariance structure was used to directly test confounding hypothesis using Bayesian confirmatory factor analysis with small variance informative priors. The priors were derived from two extreme scenarios of no versus maximum confounding via exposure variables. Large (N=5000) and small (N=100) sample analyses were performed for both continuous and binary variable mode...
متن کاملExamining a Bayesian Approach to Personalizing Context Awareness in Ubiquitous Computing Environments
There is a growing interest in the use of context-aware systems, which can recognize user’s situational context and accordingly provide a desirable interaction with the user. However, the design, development, evaluation and deployment of context-aware systems are still at its infancy. In this paper, we propose an operational mechanism approach to context acquisition driven by the relevant depen...
